Has anyone had communication issues with this company lately as I have had no replies to recent emails to them over a replacement Presoldered Argon WII-clip. Sent back origional due to it not performing as expected, by registered post 3 weeks ago and informned about 9 days ago that a replacement was on its way - to date have not received anything and last 2 e mails have not been replied to . Now getting worried that something is amiss with this company.
Any one else dealt with them recently and had positive/negative experience.

Another day goes by and still no reply to yet more emails - got to get the message now that I am being ignored - time to give up and contact Paypal for a refund me thinks
