Need With Extracting ntsc files to iso

Ok, So I thought this was going to be easy, But guess I was wrong.

First, I bought a program Game Copy Pro, and I can't seem to doing anything on it except download the games. Which does not help if I cannot get them to extract.

All the files have the ext .ntsc

From what I read you have to extract them iso files. But WinRar is not doing that. When I get to the Nero program it says that the files are too big.

I have done a lot of research on this, and it has made me sooo confused since it is not working or I'm missing a step or something.

By the way has anyone been on Game Copy Pro and did you have a software program to download or was I missing something there too.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

i duno why u bought that program but u can "back up" games with free programs...
