please help a dumb oldie 'unlock' a nokia 1600

Please can someone help me? Im trying to unlock a Nokia 1600 which is tied to the Orange (UK) network Its an old phone but its simple and im used to it, id just like to change networks.
The electronic serial no is 358066015361248
I'd be very greatful if someone could help.
