the network is : IRTCI ( Iran )
the phone is made by hungary

hey thanks for following the format

it doesnt matter where your phone is manufactured mobile makers have manufacturing plants world wide what matters is the country it is locked to and the network it is locked to and the IMEI number

remove simm card and power on phone

use the star key(*) to get the p and w and + signs by pressin it quickly and you'll get it

mmm i've entered the code without inserting simcard but it says "NOT ALOWED"
the interesing point is the phone will be shutdown after 20 seconds

hey it seems as though ur phone has some internal problems becuase it is not supposed to shut off itself unless u have a low battery

if u reinsert ur simm card and power on phone does it shut down after the 20 secs time period.?

if so ur phone may have some internal problems to be sure check the battery to see if it has enough charge to run the phone.

if it isnt, charge it up that will solve the problem of ur phone shutting down after the 20 secs.

if ur battery is charged up and the phone is still shutting down there is some internal problem with it and u will have to take it to have it professionally repaired.....

as for the code sorry to say but your phone may be hard locked..this means that a cable solution is the only way to help you unlock ur phone..

since ur phone may be in need of repairs it is wise to unlock your phone while it is at the repair centre...

the battery is full charged but the phone will shut down after 20 sec , its shuts down with simcard too
anyway is it all possible for you to show me the way to repair the phone with cable ?!

there is something definitely wrong with your phone
i recommend that u have it professionally repaired. now i can only give u some advice and pionters to what MAY BE the problem

firstly all phones have an operating system just like how your computer has microsoft windows or MAC leopard..phones have operating systems...each phone maker makes their own operating system for their phone

so to put it easy for u to understand..if your computer has a problem with it's operating system ( windows or whatever u use) it wont start...same thing with a phone

if a phone has a problem with the operating system it will refuse to come on..plain and simple...

just like how we can insert a windows xp disc and reformat the computer and reinstall the operating system, we can do the same thing with a phone...this is termed flashing..removing the corrupt operating system and replacing with a clean fresh copy

flashing is done by cable and specific software needed to run the cable as well as the phone's operating system is needed to be reinstalled on the phone

basically here's the run down

phone is connected to technicians computer via flashing/ unlocking cable...technician has a copy of the phone operating system on cd inserts this disc into comuter and using the software that operates the cable then instructs the cable software to flash/ reformat and reinstall the phone's operating system

also hardware failures may cause your phone to give the problem u described...so it may not be software related but hardware related

take it to a qualified technician and let them take a look at it
and unocking does NOT damage your phone in any way and it DOES NOT cause this or any problems

p.s. if ur phone needs repairs it is wise to have them unlock it for u since u are already there.
