how to use
remove simm card and power on phone
enter the code provided
use the star key(*) to get the P and W and + signs by pressin it quickly and you'll get it
please only try ONCE if u get code error STOP come back and tell me
please verify the code before entering the last digit onto your phone

and post ur request there please be sure to tell them u tried one code before and it didnt work ....

thanks for replying but still gives error.
you know the IMEI# in the beginning of the post is not correct?? I corrected it afterwards.
I have tried 4 times already.. so I have only 1 shot at this I believe.
The phone is not worth much but if it works it would be nice... heheh

I don't want to take it any further. I think you may have an RH-65 type and if so, it can't be done online here anyway. If it's an RH-64, check with another sim to make sure that it's locked for sure.

I bought it new from virgin and only virgin sim works on it.
