CWCHEATS with multi disc

Hello. I played Final Fantasy 8 on my psp with an EBOOT of the first disc and was using cwcheats with it. But now im on the second disc and the codes for it are not showing... I there anyone that can help me out?

I figured it out. Just opened the database with notepad and changed the
code name to the 2nd disc. I guess I'll do this until i reach the 4th disc. thanks

im a new at all this and i thought i changed the id name but i still get a black screen when i go to change the cheats in disc 2, so can you please give me a step by step on how to get cw cheats to work on FF8 disc 2.
