how to use
remove simm card and power on phone
enter code provided
use the star key(*) to get the p and w and + signs by pressin it quickly and you'll get it

please only TRY ONCE if u get ERROR STOP come back and tell me

please verify the code before u enter the last digit onto your phone

please reply and say if it works

powered on phone
entered code, verified code, entered #

there was no change on the screen
no error code
nothing except the numbers,letters & signs i entered exactly i had entered them.

hmm strange...

it didnt say code error or not allowed?

usually u have to pay attention to the screen cause this is only displayed for about 1 or 2 secs so u really had to pay attention

dont try the code here's what i want u to do

get a simm from another provider AT&T.... cingular etc and insert it into ur phone and see what it says...

if it works ur phone was unlocked
if it says simm error ur phone is still unlocked

i do think ur phone was unlocked before that's the only reason why u didnt get a response.

try another simm card from another provider

i inserted my simm from at&t
the screen looks like this below:

phone
restricted w/flashing Stopsign


undo


i pressed the undo and then the screen shows:

enter restriction code

and post your problem there.that's also a great forum
try them and someone will definitely be able to help you
please tell them that u tried one code before

u can also wait around here and someone will definitely get back to u but i cant say when

Code given was correct but you must do it in this manner.

FOR THIS PARTICULAR MODEL, NON ACCEPTED SIM IS REQUIRED.
1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Yes!! Success!!!
The non accetpted simm card was inserted,
I pressed undo
entered restriction code given here and pressed OK
then SUCCESS!!

Only a select few require inserting a non accepted sim and the 3220 happens to be one of them. Glad to see that it worked out for you.
