remove simm card and power on phone
enter code provided
use the star key (*) to get the p and w and + signs by pressin it quickly and you'll get it

please only try ONCE if u get ERROR...STOP come back and tell me

please verify the code before entering the last digit on your phone

Hi,

I tried unlocking my phone using the unlock code you gave but its not completely unlocked. In my country (Philippines), I can now use it for Globe and Smart but I can't use it for Sun Cellular. Is there anything I need to do? Please assist.

try this.

go online to the manufacturer's website and check the phone specs and the GSM frequency it operates on....


dual-band- operates on only 2 GSM frequencies
Tri-band- operates on 3 GSM frequencies
Quad band- operateson on all 4 GSM frequencies

your phone will fall into one of these catergories.

next call up the mobile company and ask them what mobile frequency that they use.

in order for your phone to work with them, your phone must be unlocked and must work on the frequency that the mobile provider operates on
