MY PSP
-phat with 3.71m33-4
-battery pack is 3.6V 3600mah
My psp used to work perfectly until i let my friend borrow it for a month and now i'm not sure if it is bricked, semi bricked, or if there some other problem. He said he didn't do anything, that it just stopped working by itself and i don't believe that it just stopped working by itself but he just keeps saying the same thing every time i ask him.
THE PROBLEM
-when i turn my psp on it just sort of freezes and the m33 vsh menu pops up but when i press exit it just freezes again (if i put in a umd or ms it reads it but its like if the buttons stopped working every time i try to exit m33 menu.the volume buttons always work) so i have
to turn it off.
-once in a while it lets me move for about 1min then it does the same thing. sometimes when it lets me move the screen light turns off but i can still move it(i here the clicks)
I currently have no way to make another pandora battery and i lost my old one so please find another solution beside pandora.

u know that happened to me but this helped. i was walking down the stairs and my dog rushed up and knocked my psp out of my hands and it bounced down the stairs. :(and it caused this same problem to happen. no physical damage to it though...whew!!) thanks for the good tips!!

So I tested a lot for any problems.
everything works fine except the home button freezes or just plain won't work.
It's not that big of a problem but the home button working would be nice
And thanks for your tips

the only thing i can think of would be that the home button presses on a prong that makes it do its thing. that prong might have fell off or came loose, or ur friend jammed it...
