I've been trying for days to burn the Wiizard Release of SSBB. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get it to burn. I am burning to DL 2.4x Verbatim Media for a launch console with a Wiikey installed. Below is what happens with each burning method...hopefully someone can help. It should be known that I can burn single layer ISO's just fine, and that I'm pretty sure it's *not the drive* or the media.
Disk Utility: Open Disk Utility, drag ISO to Disk Utility Pane. Warns of unknown format. Click burn, insert DL DVD. It starts with Preparing Data...and then at Random it will say something like "the device failed to respond properly, unable to recover or retry". Occasionally it'll also say something about failing to calibrate the laser level.
Toast: Open Toast 9. Go to the Copy Data tab, click in the ISO option. Select ISO. Toast can not detect the format of the ISO, and then asks me for the pregap and postgap settings, which I leave at zero. There is a scramble and bitrate option which I believe is set at 2336---it starts at 2048. It also sees the image as an audio CD---it calls it CD-ROM XA. Only way I can get it to change is by selecting 2048 bitrate, but it still doesn't burn. Only thing I get is a message saying that it can't burn audio tracks to DVD.
Imgburn: Open Imgburn, click write image file to disk. Browse to ISO, select ISO. Try to burn, it stalls at setting l0 zone capacity. I figured all I had to do was set the layer break, but that didn't work either. I'm totally stumped :| Any help?
