remove sim card and power on phone

use the star key(*)to get the p and w and + signs by pressing it quickly and you'll get it

ok usually a phone has 3-5 tires to unlock it

your phone only had one try again remaining.

what cannot undo restriction means is that your phone is now hard locked and only an unlocking cable can help you

u have 3 options

option 1.
u purchase an unlocking cable ( it comes with unlocking software) and u can do it yourself. cable costs about 50$ american

option 2.
take it back to the mobile provider and request that they unlock it...after all it is your phone..u DID BUY IT u did pay full price and u DID get a receipt didnt you?

so take it back to them and make the request and they cant make u pay cause after all it's their fault that they locked something that didnt belong to them.


option 3.
take it to an unlocking shop and pay around 20-50 $ american to get it unlocked. they have an unlocking cable and what u are really paying is for them to use it on your phone.

so u have 2 options..choose which one best suits you
