hi,

my brother recently went abroad and got me a modded xbox. its a ntsc (US) console. i dont know how its been modded ie whether its a hardware mod or a software mod.. and wat make of the mod..im contemplating taking the 360 online. but before that i just wanna be sure of what i got.

if anyone can help me out, id be much oblidged.

First off, you might have a flashed drive type of mod. you could tell which drive if you go here:

Other than that, look inside the xbox 360, find some guides online how to open it. Try to compare to see if you have an extra chip in there.
