I have BOOTUSA.iso cfg.1.9s.us.iso and filechop.exe inside one file folder.

Do I just burn these files onto a DVD to Update my WiiKey firmware?

Do I have to filechop or pad the files b4 burning the disk?
If so...how do I do it on a MAC.

Yes you need to use filechop to pad the iso to the proper size.

No, you dont 'just burn' the files to a disk. Burning a disk image is much different than burning an iso file to a disk.

And I dont know how to do it on a mac, but if you have access to a PC I would suggest imgburn for burning the iso.
