Help: WII Fit Japanese

Hi,

I have a modded 3.1J WII and put in WII Fit japanese game disc(download), it didn't ask for update. I heard WII Fit has 3.2 frimware update. I am wondering why it didn't ask for update. When I click the game and it shows on the screen somthing about "SYNC" button, I can't read Japanese and didn't know what is going on. Does it mean I need to sync with wii fit board(accessories) in order to play? Can I play without those accessories? Thanks.

yes u need the board to play. no point to play it if u dun have the board anyways
