US wii need help with burning

hi i have a us wii and i have an image of resident evil umbrella chronicles pal i have used wii brick blocker and burned it on a HP DVD-r which didnt work and i also tried a sony dvd -r this is my first game and ive seen my wii playing back uped games at the place i got it modded any suggestions?

Maybe try the NTSC version of the game? You should be careful of playing PAL/JP games on an USA console anyways.

Also try burning with ImgBurn at 4X speed.

You could also use regionfrii to change the region, but as said above, be careful and do not install any updates from out of region game discs.

so far ive tried memorex hp sony and fujitsu none work all my wii says it cant read the disc blah blah should i try verbatim or some other brand? oh also ive tried both imgburn and nero

Like the last poster said, are you sure the image works at all?

However, before that, I would suggest that you check your hardware and system to make sure that you can burn properly in the first place.

I would highly suggest that you take all of the variables that you can out of the equation before you make any more coasters.

#1 get your hands on a known good .iso for USA-NTSC and see if you can successfully burn that. To quote an old saying, "you have to learn to walk before you can run".

Until you you can verify this step you are just chasing your tail. At this point you don't even know if your system can successfully burn a readable disc. No, burning CDs doesn't count either.
