I have a flashed 360 that has rrod should I send it to ms to have it fixed,( i have the box already) Does ms will find out that my 360 is flashed anybody had a flashed 360 that they sent to ms and they fixed it and return it to the sender without finding that the 360 is flashed anyone??

okay, it doesnt matter if you have the box. Do you have the warrenty sticker still? Cause that is the main problem. If so why not, i assume and have heard from a few people that if they do find out, which they might not, they'll just send it back. I dont think you can get into trouble for this, but then again i have never done this. But first make sure the warrenty label is intact.

Take off the faceplate and check. One MUST remove the seal when opening to hack. But maybe he put another on, don't know.

I check it yesterday and the sticker is still intact small scratch but still intact should i send it even thought its modded anyone??

man, you are freaking out too much. Just man up and send it. What's the worst that will happen, your box is already broken!

I had flashed my 360 and it got the rrod. I then called ms, they sent a box, and I sent it in to them. Two weeks exactly I received a refurb. 30 minutes after that, I flashed it. SO you can send it in and they mght not catch it. My sticker was cut also, but I still was sent a new/refurb.
