In Ex C&W but don't seem to have all channels. Using symbol rate 6887 Favourites all messed up. Can anybody help

Thanks for the help. Checked the forum and found it. But all channels available are not there. Still missing Sky premier + etc so don't know if I need to do a manual or something else
