when you download a game of the net, and take it into winrar to extract into iso. Are you able to open the iso on your computer?

You need to open the iso in order to grab the main.dol file
and apply the Video Mode changer patch to convert a game from PAL > NTSC, then you have to copy the main.dol back into the iso file.

So what's the best tool to do this???

Ok here is the deal, at least this answers my question, and hopefully the original thread author.

Get Trucha. You may need to use Custom in the menu
if the default deal won't work. I don't want to mention
the name or I might get banned.
