Skylinegt - The carrier was MobileWorld, which is a pre-paid service from Carphone Warehouse. I looked at the booklet that came with my SIM card and it didn't list MobileWorld as affiliated with any of those other service providers. Any ideas?
Mccrash - The code didn't work, unfortunately. I got a "code error" message. Thanks for the help though, and I'd appreciate any other ideas you might have.
I'm not certain, but I think the phone is probably locked to UK Mobile World because I got the phone at Carphone Warehouse the same time I got the SIM card.
