PC wont detect BenQ drive

why does my pc detect my BenQ drive when i start up my pc.but when it is finish starting up i do not see my BenQ drive.and by the way my benq drive is connected to my Team Xecuter Conn Kit.can somebody plz help me.

I would use no connectivity kit, just get the via pci card recommended for this process. google benq flash drive.
