hi all,

still pretty new to the 360 scene. got a slight problem... wel more of an annoyence really.

when i bought my 360 elite i created an offline profile. Ive been playing GTA on tha so all ma save games/ achievements etc are on that... onli now im on live but have 2 seprate profiles. ideally i want to delete my offline profile but i would really likk to copy over all the save games etc from that profile to the live profile.

ive googled it for ages and still have not managed it. i tried backing it up onto an xternal device like USB (dont actually no if this does work as i tried but had no success) searched these forums as wel but stil cant find a real solution.

hope sum super cool 360 guru will be able 2 help.

Hey dude I know your pain same thing happened to me on same game! Microsoft should really let people know that you cant transfer acheivements. If you want to use your original profile with all the saves, you should sign into your profile, press the midle button on controller, select the first tab with ur gamerscore and name and then at the bottom there should be a join live button. You may have to delete your other account coz u cant use two emails. hope this helps

It's not possible, they don't want people buying, selling and combining gamertags.

I'd say just stop playing on offline profile and play with ONE online profile.

Yeh but what of all his acheivements? That's why I suggest he ditches his current online profile and set the offline one to be online.

yeah, wil b playin with the one profile.... i dont mind which profile that is as long as i have all my saved info and live access.... lol .. currently its split over 2 accounts.. live on one and save games on another. ohhh wel...

ive completed GTA now on the offline profile .... probabily jus restart the game sum tym... cuz ive heard u gt alternate endings anyway so b cool 2 c tha other ending to the game is lol... tho wil have 2 unlock the achievements again... :(
