xbox wont read anything

okay i woke up and now my xbox just sits there "reading" for a min or two then goes to unknown disc or whatever, so i figured something happend so i reflashed and that didnt help so i tried a movie it reads for awhile then goes to "open drive"

my thought is the lazer is busted its only a month old (walmart swap)

okay i fixed it i never touched the screws till after my xbox stopped working, and i took it apart just now to look around maybe dog hair or something got in there it was clean so i tried a game anyway put the top on so the disc can spin and my game booted up put the drive togather and it wasnt working again .. so i figured i would try to loosen the screws and now the drive reads games again anyone else have this problem?

When you took it apart the unseen dust on the lens got blown off.

its not that cause when i put the case back on and screwed it tightly it stoped working again, so i had to loosen the screws so they are barely even on anymore
