Hi, well here is my story, I got my 360 a long time ago, and I modded, it with the firmware hacks, and I also put in fans that glow blue. This worked fine until a few weeks ago. The fans have stopped spinning. So I took them out and put in the old ones. Still they do not spin. I tested the fans to see if they worked outside of the xbox with a power source I used 2 batteries and yes the spun and the lights lit up. I reinsalled the fans making sure to have good connections. The fan Lights will turn on for 1 sec when the xbox loads and then shhuts off, and the 360 doesnt make it to the Dashbaord before the 2 red lights show up. Im not sure what to do. If you have any information or suggestion would be helpful, also if you need any more info just let me know. Thanks

4RROD is the AV cable. remove it, clean the connector, and try again.

2RROD is overheating. if the fans aren't working when they're plugged into the header, then the header is possibly damaged.

Is that the white thing that is sticking up? I used my Ohms meter to test continuity and needle moves when i do, but what is weird that say i put the possitive needle into the bottom right corner and the negative needle into the top left corner it will still move the needle...

Now I let it sit for a while to cool off and I have an Intercooler that I got i put that on and it went to game and it lasted for abut 20 mins with that on and then it shut off, now I have 3 red lights and as soon as i push on the power button it doent even turn on the controller and the loading screen for the 360 doesnt show up im lost lol.
