DVD2XBOX questions

Ok, i'm a total nwebie when it comes to this, but from what i've read i've heard there's a program call DVD2XBOX.

1. How exactly do I get this program transferred from my PC to my XBOX 360? ie, what kind of cable should i buy to do this and are there any tutorials on doing this?

2. If i haven't modified my XBOX 360 in anyway, can i copy a game onto my XBOX 360 harddrive and can it run without the DVD in the drive using DVD2XBOX?

i believe you are talking about the wrong xbox here, i am not sure i have never used that program, and as far as running games from the hard drive, if you are talking about a 360 no you cant do it.

1. DVD2Xbox is for the original Xbox, not the 360
2. You can not copy games to the hard drive at all on a 360
3. DVD2Xbox was for putting a game in your drive and copying it to the hard drive (on original modded Xbox) and had nothing to do with actually running the game. Running your game was done through a menu on your dashboard. It just saved people the trouble of having to use an FTP program like FlashFXP and transfering it from the PC to their Xbox through FTP which was a little slower and took a bit of basic networking skills to set up. Plus the process was a lot longer since a PC drive could not read the Xbox game.

You had to FTP the game from the Xbox to the PC using something like Craxtion4 or Qwix
Then had to FTP it back to the Xbox using the above programs or an FTP program like i mentioned.
