MGS4 already on shelves

I'm on vacation in Hong Kong and spotted that the MSG4 title is already out on the shelves!

Too bad i don't own a ps3 or else i would already be playing.

May be on the shelf but it certainly isn't for sale yet, releasing a game prematurely yields a 100 grand fine to the store.

I can't believe that MGS4, quite possibly the biggest game for the PS3 is being ignored by G4Tech TV. I watched Attack of the show and they did a clip show and no mention of the game coming out. X Play surprisingly is doing a GTA4 cheat show?!? Again no mention of MGS4 midnight launch thats happening everywhere.
They did a whole day episode on Halo 3, a launch days episode for both GTA4 and Rock Band but not a peep about MGS4. I mean I thought that G4 seemed biased against Sony but can they make it anymore obvious??
The only other explanation that I can think of is because MGS4 is a Japanese created game they are not making a big deal out of it.GTA 4, Rock Band and Halo 3 are primarily american and I guess this is how they are showing their support?!
