Hello.

I'm trying to install (actually, reinstall) PrintMaster Gold 12 (Broderbund). I had the program working for a few years without trouble. Either after my Servicepack3 update or running ncleaner (NKProds)once, I lost access. A few attempts to reinstall this program have failed ending with: "Error while launching setup. Remote Procedure Call Failed." I visited a Microsoft Help and Support site, but could not find any information concerning this RPC error message.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
