The giant e-tailer Amazon and the once huge audio/video retailer Tower have started new sales on Blu-ray movie titles, with some popular movies reaching as low as $12 USD. Amazon, for its deal, has slashed the price on a few popular titles and added a new "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer. If this isnt cheap then what? DVD's are more expensive than that.
but of course... BD group needs to lower the price blah blah blah

Stupid technology!!!

SPinning Disks blow, blu-ray blows, manufacturer's intentions GOOD but futile. Expensive, Expensive and oh..........did I mention TOO EXPENSIVE TO JUSTIFY A NEGLIGIBLE DIFFERENCE?

Bring HD on flash or fiber download. Even better, perfect the hologram technology.

"Member" describes you to a "T" after that comment.

This low price is a first and limited to 4 frakkin' measley discs. New(er) releases are still 30 bones! And DECENT players at 400.00.

Have you checked the latest price in flash drives that equals the capacity of a BD?

well if movies like
i am legend, jumper, 3:10 to Yuma (currently under 15euros) are old for you... then go to WB and tell them to sell you the film for a euro.

Not bad. It's nice to see prices on some of it come down a little bit. I'll have to add "300" to my collection for that price.
