Couldn't you just download the 3.80 M33 eboot and use PBP UNPACKER to get the file yourself?

EDIT: CustomizePSP have the files for a FAT 3.80 M33-5, LINK HERE...however, do some research before using...make sure it wont damage the PSP further putting someone else FLASH files in there. Also, note on the page it says USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

MODS/ADMIN: Im pretty sure it should be ok to post that link, as the files are the M33 backup and so shouldn't be copyrighted etc. However if that is not the case, please let me know and i will remove the link straight away.
