i cant find my sata ports on my pc

I am pretty sure I dont have any. My computer is a HP Pavilion Slimline. I opened it up and didnt see any, is there another alternitive for installing the ports that is relitively cheap and easy to do

I also have the slimline. It should be the thing attached to the red wires. Hes a page for more reference.

@alligot the product were suggesting is a sata PCI card, it allows you to run sata devices on a machine that only features IDE/ATA
