What do you need help with? If you already have a pandora you just need to make a magic memory stick and put them in your PSP. See the stickies for guides.

ok, thanks for the help but now after i created the battery and magic mem card, the psp's green power light, WAN light and mem card light stays on and nothing happens

This is very normal if your green light is on but the screen is blank. this means that the pandoras battery is ok, but you made the magic memory stick wrong. go onto google and type in pandora easy installer. it will put all the right files on your psp and then all you have to do is boot it up with the pandoras battery and memory stick inserted

I kept screwing up mine too finally i went out and bought one. and now it worked like a charm. I bought a Pandoras Battery from http://www.pandorasales.com/index.html and i got a great deal cause it came with the 1 gig magic memory card fully programmed. delivered in 2 days. now my big headache is gone...

I don't get why the OP and others don't just use UPMS.....good lord there is even a sticky for it! If you can't get it right with that awesome prog perhaps it is time to move onto something else. I can feel for those with ofw trying to make a pandora, but for those with cfw, it is nothing more then laziness mixed with stupidity. Sadly it seems the majority of people suffer from those traits :/
