It acts as if the game is starting, it shows the "play the game with the wiimote sideways" screen and stops loading after that. What should i do?

Im playing the US version of Radiant dawn on a JP wii with a JP freeloader if that helps. Please help me someone i've been dying to play this game in english.

Did you try to use Gecko RF or Gecko OS. Cause I had the same problem with COD 3 USA on a PAL WII.

Where/how do I get it? And how do I install it on my wii? (And its the real copy of Radiant dawn not a back up. Xan this gecko RF/OS load actual copies of games?

You can quicky google for any of these. Anyways here's one link to these apps : http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_apps .
You should use them through the Homebrew channel (google or read other posts on how to do this).
Yes it does support original copies (from your message I assume u have a non-modded wii so you must either own or have a way to get the zelda twilight princess disk in order to use the homebrew channel).

Hmm alright I was going to use the Twilight Hack to get homebrew channel a few weeks ago until they said "Homebrew channel will not load original copies) and I installed a wiikey but it doesnt work. It wont read the firmware discs I try to put in. I used a V3 wiiclip.

What is the firmware version of your Wii?

If it is 3.3 then Free Loader will no boot properly. You will need to use Gecko OS to boot Free Loader like suggest above.

If it says 3.2 or below then you have a different issue.

So I would suggest checking your firmware now before going forward. Make sure the issue your having is due to the new 3.3 firmware update.

UPDATE:

This is what it says on the region compatibility list for that game...

0129 Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn (ZRY) Tested on 3.1J & Wiikey 1.9g with WBB 1.3 - Patched with Wii Game Language Patcher(WGLP)v2 using Auto patch an NTSC-U/PAL game (lang=en and ntsc=NTSC-U) or Manual mode option 1EN.

Seems you have to patch the Language with this one before it will work. If this is the case then you will need a backup of the game ISO to patch.

I TRIED to mod my wii with a Wiikey w V3 wii clip. It acts as if I installed nothing as the confing discs wont boot. I Opened my wii and made sure the clip was on the right spot four times. The freeloader wont load Radiant dawn and ONLY radiant dawn. It loads Mario Kart wii,It loads no more heroes, it loads Brawl. My firmware is 3.2 and i have a Japanese wii and im trying to play the US version of radiant dawn.
