Error while downgrading 2.71 ta-82 to 1.5

When I was downgrading my psp from 2.71 to 1.5. i ran the hend folder and screen turned blue and then as per insturction i ran 1.5 enabler but gave me "Game could not be started 80020148".....My original psp version was 2.6 ta-82 which i upgraded to 2.71 n now want to downgrade it.....one more question m i running the hend folder correctly, I mean once screen turns blue do i have to switch off the psp and start again i waited long n screen remains blue.....plz help....trying to downgrade since long time

downgrade ur psp with the 2.80 downgrader. A lot of users say the 2.71 downgrader does not work

wait 30 secs once the blue screen turns up and then hard turn off your psp and then turn back on.
