is the iextreme 1.4 the best firmware there is for the toshiba-samsung dvd-drive?

are all the downloadable games iextereme compatible?

assuming they are, is it sure that i will not get banned from xbox live?

the dvd mulleter will check if its iextreme compatible right?

why do i need to disable firmguard?

what are they talking about bad kreon burn even if the image is iextreme compatible?

1.4 is the newest FW but not necessarily the best. To play every single game on torrent or whatever out there. Xtreme 5.3 is the way to go. You can also play xbox1 games on a DVD5, which is great. But if you want to play on LIVE you must use iXtreme 1.4

Hi guys!
I'm new to Xbox360 moding and hacking and just started reading up on it.
I was wondering if any of you fine people could direct me to a site where I could download the new firmware iExtreme 1.4

I ran a google on it and came back with loads of forums but so far couldn't find a download link.
