What is a good sata card for an AGP motherboard to flash a samsung Ms28

Whenever I look up a sata card to flash my smasung ms 28 it says I should get the VIA VT 6421L PCI SATA Card. Do I need a PCI motherboard to attach this sata card. I am totally confused and would appreciate it if somone would tell me what sata card to buy for an AGP motherboard/chipset so I can flash my xbox 360.

VIA card is fine. VGA is the special PCI port for your video card because it needs high bandwidth. All those other slots on your mobo are regular PCI slots.

Get that card.
