put your coxil into the rf in on the box,put your scart from your tv to your tv scart on the box, turn on your box,it should automatically start to scan on fast scan, select 6887 for n:l,it should pick up all the tp's for your area ie if your in dublin it will be 13,after that it will pick up all the stations that your provider provides and thats it no need for key emu or anything else,by the way did you not get any instructions for scanning with your box?

When I connect up it says channel not available and the box has 0000 on display. If I press menu and go to installation -fast scan it asks for a code and I put in 0000 and that gets me to another point where I press ok on full power scan. This moves the frequency up and it has a counter that goes up 1/770 2/770 etc and the tp below says 000 and doesnt change. Any ideas

Sorry sc0user, but do I need to use UFL_ex5000_08-07-08.exe file also? If so, do I add this first to the Eurobox, before the 1.1a?

I've ordered the Eurovox EX5000PVR today, so should get it tomorrow hopefully, and so want to gather all th info now so I can start using it straight away.

After your post stating "updating codes" are you sure your running 18/04 firmware?
