Latest Firmware has been updated now on page 1 for the EX5000PVR and the EX1000SL, Firmware for the previous editions of the Eurovox will be added when they are released.

Afternoon Malci, a few others to do around the house mate but getting there ;) Fav sorts been taken off the new ex5000 Firmware :( but cant complain.

No you can always do a channel dump anyway, the main thing it is getting on top of everything, and not annoying and disrupting!! you know what I mean - and so it is brilliant work ;)

Quick question given that mnost of us are still awaiting the firmware fixs for the older style Eurovox would you recommend me getting one of the newer boxes ?

Cheers mate I created another Thread there cos i was sure ud see it buried amonst this... just seems the older eurovox's take longer to get things sorted... suppose thats the nature of the beast..
Just need to hope santa sortes the firmware b4 xmas !! haha

Hi, thanks for all the hard work and patience you guys. Updataed the ex5000 pvr, works a treat thanks. I have another box which is the eurovox max, I deleted the software, don't ask why or how. Now im just getting the 4 lines and nothing else, does this mean it needs jtaging? Thanks

It sounds like it needs flashing, either put the old Firmware back on or wait for the updated one.

HiTeck
Just loaded firmware to my EX5000, working great, thanks to all involved.
I've now loaded my new CDF file, including the S*y channels recently upped to this link:
http://rapidshare.com/files/169192615/Copy_of_1.12.08.CDF.html
However you chaps seem to prefer these files loaded to 4Share, just been trying, can't figure out how to open the relevant file to upload the CDF!
Anyway, it's for ex C&W for the North Cheshire/Halton area, it's in an order I prefer rather than Autosort, which seems not to be on the new Firmware!

Hi all
I see theres a fix now out for the Eurovox MaxV and was wondering if anyone has tried/tested it. Any help advice much appreciated as always, Keep up the good work lads - you played a blinder over the past few 'panic stricken' days.

Will there be a firmware with autosort on for ex5000 ?
As i believe there were two last time one with and one without.
Apreciate it may take a while as other brand boxes to do 1st

I dont know Topdj we can only wait and see, to save you the hassle when you flash it just upload the CDF from your box first, you can then transfer it back and it will be exaclty the same as before.
