Hi I need help please
when done the procese for backup wii game and I put into the wii console the error is "can not read the disk" I tried with DVD-, DVD+ sony, and DVD+R DL memorex I bought new Samsung DVD writer model SH-S202.

i use maxell dvd-r and they seem to work fine. I would also recomend downloading imgburn and burn at 4x speed. I havent had a problem yet

Using backup copies on an original un-modified console is impossible dude. It requires a hardware modification, like an extra electronic component that patches the DVD drive in order to work.

Neo 21 I wouldn't recommend opening your Wii. If you just bought it chances are it could be a D2C2 chipset. You can track your serial number at http://wiitracker.nintendo-scene.com/search.php although it's not 100% accurate. Once you find out what chipset your Wii has you can purchase a chip. FoundMy.com is reliable. Then have your friendly neighborhood modder install it for you. And then ya like others said use Imgburn to burn and Verbatim Digital Movie DVD+R disks and you should be all good.

The GC2-D2C is the chipset your Wii console it set up with. Now since you know that you will need a mod chip compatible with it. I've bought chips from Foundmy.com without incident. With that chipset you probably want to get a D2Cpro9 V2 which is the latest chip and is said to work on all the Wii chipsets. Order a chip and have a modder hard solder all the connections for you. Then you should be all set. Good luck!

I thought it went with "Rockerchips" (see here - often with vinegar on Brighton sea front).
