just to let you all know the answer to doing a disc to disc (copy of a copy) you need a pc with 2 drives,one drive with double layer support and the other is a normal dvd drive with kreon firmware which you can get on ebay.
kreon dvd drive reads the ss.bin files which normal dvd drives can't. So to do a copy of a copy, use the dvd drive with kreon firmware to read the xbox360 game and the other dvd dive to copy from it. Takes 15-20mins on the slowest burn speed.
Also to burn a game useing xbox back up creator, choose your double layer dvd drive, select the image tools tab, click stealth check button,locate your image file (xbox backup) if that gets checked with no problems, go to options tab, on the drive spec, click the drop down menu, select dvd-rom. Next click on the write tab, put the burn speed to 2.4x, click start. You will then have to locate you game. Their will be 2 files, a dvd file and an iso file, if they both say iso, just select the file at the top. Click open, then just wait till complete. while the game is being burnt don't attempt to use the pc at all, just leave it alone till finished. Done!

My problem is solved...It was my dvd burner, the pioneerDvd-RW K17, i bought an external, a samsung, and the burning went well (with memorex dvd+r dl printable, the worst in the market) and the game worked in the first time I put it in the console...
If you have this DVD, I think it's best for you to buy an external, you'll save money;)

layer break on all mine is 1913760 however these are not downloaded iso's & are not stealthed,i've burned 20 so far they all work & i used clonecd as it will put the break in the correct place automatically # burned @ 1x,i've burned ok @ 2x also]
it happened to me also, but i've realized that i wasn't downloading the correct version of the game, means ntsc for North America, look if you are downloading the NTSC or the pal version , it should work all all region free.
