But are they good albums? Probably not, but it's still a good effort especially offering it for free.

Mmmmm.. nice... Charlie Manson released his latest album under the CC earlier this year. There you go.. a man who never committed a crime, yet has been locked up for close on 40 years.. yay.. free USA!

fgamer, that is a pretty ignorant statement to make!

I am not flaming you just your thought process. I had been thinking that same logic but I have gotten more enlightened. Some indepentent stuff is good. RIAA has sh1t for brains! Do you really trust them to know what music is good?

I rescently was listening to XFM radio, which I don't normally do. I heard quite a few bands good enough for me to write down. I have yet to find a source for any of them. I am figuring they are ALL independant.

I say give the independants a break. Do not assume they are garbage before you listen to them.
