I was wondering if you could use DVD+R to backup games and play them on the 360. I know that the .iso file is 8+ gigs, but there is DVDshrink. I have Nero also.
Also, in flashing the 360, I am using this guide. Is it true that the BenQ is black and the samsung and hitachi are gray? I saw other pictures of the BenQ being gray and the samsung or hitachi being black.
no you cant use dvd+r's, not possible. the only way you can do that is with the original xbox 1 games, and you have to have the old xtreme 5.3 FW to play them on a single layer disc.
as for your other question, my benq tray is grey as ones the other 5 benq's ive flashed, and the 10+ hitachis i've flashed were grey as well.

And this is only on select xbox1 games, most wont' work with DVD5. Too cheap to buy DLs are you?

No, I didn't do my "homework" before I went out and bought them. Oh well, I'll just use them for my school work then (video presentations).
