had dvd flick for a while then got dvd santa both seemed to be working fine done a few movies now both are doing same thing ie video and audio are out of sync by miles anyone got any suggestions?

make sure you aren't multi tasking for starters. Make sure your computer is clean and defragged...

when you do the conversion do you have any other programs running on your computer? This includes surfing the net...

res2cue irun them on high priority so it just gets left to run with nothing else happening and what is defragged please?

go to Programs files, accesories and then system tools. Run disk defragmenter and see what happens. The more your HDD is fragmented, the slower things operate and the more things screw up... Think of it like doing a tune up on your car, making sure everything is greased and running smoothly. It's a long shot, but it's worth it even if it doesn't solve this problem.
