Problem after hotswapping method (backing up xbox 360)

Hi All -

I used the hotswapping method. So now i have the ISO. I opened up XDVD Mulleter and then loaded the ISO and clicked next, then i got an error message: "Video file is broken, invalid, or not present. Would you like to fix?"

Any ideas?

I used XBOX360 SS Merger 1.6 instead. And it worked!! My first backup!!

However, i ordered the Kreon V1.0 Samsung SH-D162D DVD-Drive. Hopefully things will be easier from here on out.
