I asked that question myself, and had no answer too...

I guess not, never found anything about it.

The hole concept of the profile picture is to make money out of us probably...

A mate of mine has a custom pic and no 360 cam so there must be a way to do it. I know that I can't do it by having the 360 connected to the PC - maybe a usb stick?

i got my digital camera to work with my 360 but i found no possible way to change that specific pic. i am 99.9% positive yoyu hvae to do it witht he 360 cam. you can get one for 10-15$ used at gamestop or eb games.

You can upload a pic via memory stick, but as far as I've found, you can only change your personal pic and not your gamerpic.

Your personal pic can be seen by you and the people on your friends list. Everyone else will see the gamerpic.

Hey does GTA IV give you some gamer pics after you beat the game? I know a lot of games give you them.
