As I stated on a previous thread, I may have been burned with DVD X COPY PLATINUM. Are there any free DVD burn programs that will let you copy to a DVD after using Shrink or one of the other programs that deencrypt to the harddrive that will work on most DVD players. Also, I got some 1X DVD-R's for cheap will these burn on my MICROADVANTAGE DVD-BURNER?

Burnatonce for -R media only, and ImgTool Burn. I haven't tried ImgTool Burn yet, I downloaded it yesterday. The chep media usually burns but causes playback problems.

Hi Pete, Just downloaded DVD43, nice little free AnyDVD style tool.
Of course I tried to marry it up with another program... just stuck a movie in the ROM and tried to
load it into different progs.

DVD43 + CloneDVD> CloneDVD sees copy protection
DVD43 + Nero Recode 2> Recode 2 sees copy protection
DVD43+ DVD Fab> success!

This tool interests me as did AnyDVD because it just kinda sits in the tray unnoticed until you forget its there. I usually remember when I open a disc in Shrink or Decrypter and the movie comes up unencrypted.

Hey Pete, what time zone r u in?

Frank

Frank,

Gave up on DVDFab because of the disc split for DVD-9's.

Does DVD43 work unecrypting DVD's automatically so Shrink doesn't have too ??

If so, how about giving me a link for it -

East Coast, USA DST.
