WiiClip V3 with wiikey help!

I purchased a WiiClip V3 with wiikey pre soldered. I cant seem to update it no matter what i try, it seems to be on securley but i dont know of a way to tell if it is working without having it read a disk. Can anyone tell me how to check if the wiikey is detecting the wii? Or can anyone give me anyother advice, thanks.

Not sure what you mean.

Have you not tried running a backup ?

what happens when you run the update disk ?

Hi all, mine is doing exactly the same. I have installed the chip as per instructions. burn't an iso to a tdk disc but my wii fails to read the disk. Still reads originals. I have not installed or changed any firmware as assumed this would already be up to date. BTW, used Nero to burn ISO and the back up is a PAL M&S Olympics.

Any help would be appreciated
