Hi, i have read many a guid on burning game iso's for the xbox using software like imgburn. I have noticed that all of them require you to have a dual layer dvd righter. i have only got a single layer dvd writer. what can i do to burn games bigger that 4.5gb

p.s - i know i have been posting alot latly, and you might be getting anoyed by now but i am just a noob in this feild.

Hey, How old is your burner? Most of the newer ones can handle DL. I bought a 2cd burner like a month ago and even though it doesn't say DL it still can burn DL games. Maybe you should just give it a try and see unless it's really old or something. And for sure use Imgburn at like 4x. I use Verbatim's DVD+R DL and also Windata DVD+R DL. Works like a charm. Also, I bought that burner for like 20 bucks I think. So their not expensive if you need another. Good luck!

Oh ok then yeah give a whirl and see if it works! (As long as you have the right discs and the right program.)

yea if not, you can get a DL burner for like 40$ and it will do what you need it to do. and as what was said depending on how new your pc is alot of them are coming with DL standard now-a-days.
