Please help me unlock Nokia 1600 - serbian VIP Mobile

Here's all the info:
Model: Nokia 1600
Firmware: N1600 - V 6.40 - 12-01-07 - RH-64 - (c) NMP - Language: EB
IMEI#: 358 066 019 264 505
Network: VIP Mobile
Country: Serbia
I haven't tried any codes yet
If it can't be done, please let me know

Please do this.
In your phone,
Go to Settings
Go to phone settings
Go to Network Selection
Select :MANUAL?
Make a note of what you see.
Then set the phone back to Automatic.
Let me know.

I tried #pw+917222430547100+7#. Message was "Not allowed"
Looks like I used all my free tries.
I have another Nokia phone of the same type that needs unlocking too.
Its IMEI# is 358 066 019 221 901.
I used one free try on that one, it was some stupid number.
Are you willing to use two free tries that rest on this one?

The problem is that there should be 3 Operators.
VIP is missing.
Vip, Vip SRB, YU05, SCG 05, Topnet Serbia
The question is, if VIP is working in your location, we should see it.
Please do this one more time on a phone that is working on VIP.
In your phone,
Go to Settings

I'm afraid there's only two networks listed: YUG 03 and MOBTEL.
I think that VIP is probably using YUG 03 network to transmit its own traffic. In some places VIP may have his own network cells but in others it rents YUG 03's. I hope this helps

I think they may be using Yug 03 or Mobtel. I tried YUG 03 the last time.
The problem is we must know exactly where the phone was purchased. In what region. I have not seen this before.
Do you have a friend in Belgrade who could look for the Operators in that area?

The phones were sold to me by VIP Mobile D.O.O, Omladinskih Brigada 21, Belgrade; in fact, it was their certified store "VIP prodavnica", Marsala Tita 206, Dobanovci (place near Belgrade). I think VIP ordered and purchased them from Nokia factory in Hungary.
I'll try to look for more networks in Belgrade and around.
