Help me solder a D2Pro 9w (new) to a Wii-clip V4 (doesn't fit)

I got the wrong Wii-clip from my supplier and the chip won't fit on the clip. Though, the chip uses the same connection points, right? So it should be possible to just solder the wires to specific points on the clip, right?

Can anyone help me with this?

If they sent you the wrong one, get them to exchange it. You will have nothing but grief trying to make do with the wrong parts.
