I finally got my hands on the 80GB PS3 and I have to say that I love it. My friend has the 60GB right after the price drop and I noticed that his console gets a lot warmer than mine. Do the new 80GBs have the newer processors in them?
Secondly, can anybody confirm the Gameshark working on any PS3? It doesn't work on the 80 with a "Game Incompatible" error and a return to the XMB.

yea thats what i wanted to know...is there different version of the PS3? (v1,v2,v3..?) .. other then the other models (40 gb, 60gb)

Did sony upgrade the ps3s? put in some new hardware and fixed up some bugs? so that the ps3 runs better?

Have you also noticed that it also runs very cool and very quiet? You can't hear it load discs! Take that XBOX 360! Damn jet engine, lol.
