U.P.M.S IPL files bricked my psp!

I was running U.P.M.S (Ultimate Pandora Memory Stick) and i chose add IPL (not PDL OR IDL which i accidentally said a second ago) files and it said something about adding stuff to flash0 and flash1 and now my psp turns on but its jsut a black screen. I can still access recovery mode. I tried using my pandora battery but It's not working. My firmware is 4.01m33. Does anyone know how to use a magic memory stick and pandora battery? TY.

Sorry for double-posting but i don't know how to edit a post if there is a tool to do that. The U.P.M.S Easy Installer was Version 4 Sapphire.

EDIT: I found out how to edit and i found out the reason i couldn't downgrade was because i was using windows vista with Universal Unbricker Easy Installer, I just used my XP.
